ECONOMIC IMPACT

Based on similar model railroad and railroad museums in Europe and the USA, we anticipate 100,000 visitors in year one and by year five one million visitors at the large venue. We are also estimating an additional $400.00 in spending (hotel, food, fuel, etc) per family of four over and above MWOT admissions and purchases, for a total, at year five, of another $2,500,000.00 in the
Greenville County, SC market.

With other area educational and amusement attractions such as the Children’s Museum, Greenville Zoo, the Roper Mountain Science Center, Cabella's, Dave and Busters and Frankie’s Fun Park as well as minor league baseball and hockey, Falls River Park and the beauty of downtown Greenville,
the economic impact spending will be much higher.
