Leasing Options – Anyone, individual or business, can lease "property" on the Miniature World of Trains (MWOT) or available signage or locations inside the Transportation Museum of the World (TMOTW) public areas.

For example: On the MWOT, you can have a building created especially for you. The team of model building and architects can create a building from scratch, via 3D CAD or from a pre made kit. MWOT will be creating these buildings for the layout so that an individual or business can donate or sponsor the project and receive something in return. Buildings and vehicles can have the corporate or individual name located on the building or marquee.

EXAMPLE: 1/87th scale (HO) is about 7 scale feet per inch. Pricing, for example, on a 2,000sf 1 story (8ft ceiling height) 3D CAD building in 1/87th scale would cost $7,142.00 total for five years. Buildings with additional interior details, parking lots, vehicles (static or moving) are a additional cost. A great advertising opportunity!
